Safe Work Australia has released its latest "Work-related Traumatic Injury Fatalities, Australia" report, which revealed that in 2017 alone, there were 197 workplace fatalities, with "falls from height" being the second leading cause behind "Vehicle Incidents". 28 people died falling from height.
